THE AUTHOR

Vernell Moss served as a Sunday school kindergarten teacher at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas.

Inspired by his daughter’s question about why the sun isn’t visible at night, he wrote his first children’s book, “Daddy Why,” explaining the creation story. After retiring, Moss became an author.
